KPUD Nunukan Distribusikan APK Ke Tim Paslon Kepala Daerah.

Terkait dengan pencetakan secara mandiri, masing masing paslon, kata Rusli, bisa dilakukan, namun desain harus sesuai dengan aturan yang telah disepakati bersama tim pasangan calon yakni desain lima jenis seperti hanya ada foto paslon, mencantumkan visi misi, nomor urut dan lambang partai politik pengusung.

” Konsep desain ini sesuai dengan ketentuan PKPU 13 tahun 2020, lima desain mandiri itu sebelum dicetak diserahkan duhulu ke KPUD Nunukan,” tuturnya.

Selain konsep desain APK, kedua tim pasangan calon wajib lapor jumlah APK yang dicetak dan yang akan dipasang, kemudian KPUD meneruskan ke Bawaslu jika ada desain menyalahi ketentuan PKPU, ukuran spanduk maksimal 4 x 7 meter dan stiker 5 x 10 cm.

” Jika APK ini hanya sebagai bahan tambahan sosialisasi tidak perlun dilaporkan ke KPUD, namun diluar dari ketentuan PKPU, maka APK akan dicabut,” terang Ketua Devisi Sosialisasi, Pendidikan Pemilih, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan SDM ini.#Mal.
